The City of Ketchikan recognizes and understands the challenges facing our community. This portal is designed to help Ketchikan’s employers, residents, business owners, and leaders navigate available resources as together we reconnect, rebuild, and recover from the economic impacts of the COVID-19 Pandemic. We are Ketchikan STRONG.

As we progress through this unprecedented crisis, we are developing a path forward to reconnect with colleagues and partners, and rebuilding our businesses and community. As we move forward by sharing resources, ideas, and information we will bolster our recovery.

The COVID-19 Support Programs available through the City of Ketchikan are currently closed and applications are no longer being accepted 

The City of Ketchikan has developed the programs below to assist residents and businesses facing economic hardship:

Application deadlines and criteria vary with each program.  Please review general information detailed within the applications for each program. Completed forms must be emailed to the address indicated on each form.

Printed copies are available to pick up at the Public Library, Harbormasters Office, City Hall, Community Connections, and KPU Sales Marketing and Customer Service in the mall. Additional relief programs are being administered by the Ketchikan Gateway Borough.
