Harbors
The City of Ketchikan operates five public boat harbors in the Ketchikan area. All vessels using the harbors must register with the harbormaster's office at Bar Harbor, 2933 Tongass Avenue or by telephone. For information regarding fees, availability, utilities, please contact the harbormaster's office at (907) 228-5632. The harbormaster may also be contacted by VHF Channel 73 or 16.
Harbormasters are on duty from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., seven days a week, October through April
From May through September, harbormasters are on duty from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., seven days a week.
